Instructions:
Place the sliced bananas, milk, yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) in a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
If you want a colder shake, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
Pour the banana shake into glasses and serve immediately. You can also garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a slice of banana on the rim of the glass for presentation
