- 500 gm Boneless chicken
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 pack Noodles
- few Carrots
- few Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Chicken powder
- Salt to taste
- half cup Oil
- 1 tsp Red chilli
- 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
Cooking Instructions
- Step 1
First of all boil noodles and rice seperately and set aside.
- Step 2
Take boneless chicken...saute in little oil.. add spices and sauces cook until done.
- Step 3
Cut out the vegetables...saute them in little oil.. add salt and black pepper and chicken powder..cook for few mins..
- Step 4
Then take a dish.. put boiled rice in the bottom..then noodles...then cooked chicken masala and in the end vegetables.
- Step 5
Drizzle mayyonaise and ketchup mixture from top...serve hot and enjoy.
